Figurr Architects Collective Contributes Over $2,000 to Cree Education Fund
The Eenou-Eeyou Community Foundation is proud to announce that Figurr Architects Collective has once again demonstrated its commitment to the future leaders of Eeyou Istchee by fundraising for the Figurr Architects Cree Education Fund.
The campaign, held in June, reflects the dedication of Figurr employees and partners, who together raised $2,040 in 2025. Since its establishment in 2024, the fund has grown to over $9,000.
“Our partnership with Figurr goes beyond architecture,” says Dr. Sarah Pash, Chair of the Foundation. “We extend our deep gratitude to Figurr Architects Collective for their continued support and shared vision of empowering the next generation.”
While they help design and create buildings that shape our communities, Figurr also invests in the future of our youth — believing in their potential and supporting those who may one day pursue careers in architecture and design.
The Figurr team and Karen Joyner-Blom (EECF Director of Communications and Community Outreach) gathered at their Ottawa office on October 2, 2025, in honour of the National Day for Truth and Reconciliation.
